@momismejune26, it’s actually different chamomile is known to help relaxing and sleep. You should really try it i put lemon 🍋 and 🍯 honey in mine

Have u tried some chamomile tea ?!?! I used it before bed with my first two pregnancies and it really relaxed me and the babies
