@d0iinjusfiin3, I thought my son had baby acne but it’s heat rash:/ wash her face twice a day and pat dry I was reading

@amberjacq yea I don't put anything on her face. So I'm hoping it clears up soon. I was reading it gets bad before it goes away.

Shouldn’t last too long my son gets it from time to time just don’t put any lotion on her face and it should clear up
