Breastfeeding mommas, do you pump after a feeding? My little guys not getting enough so I have to give formula to top off, I’d like to pump from me but after he feeds (not long 20min to 40 min) I don’t get a good amount when pumped.

@bebe-, thanks for the tips I will definitely try that. I’m still only on day 2 of pumping I only tried the home nurse one for 3 days before will just have to be consistent. Definitely t

Drink low fat milk , and boil fennel seeds in water and drink it as much as you can , it helps alot for milk production or you can add fennel seeds in milk as well , try it

Ladies I called my insurance about breast pump and they said with their insurance in order to get a pump I get a prescription from doctor then I call 3 different numbers to see what my insurance covers but the only thing is I have to wait til baby is born to call and get pump so I want to at least buy a hand pump which do you ladies recommend for hand pump and when I can get a pump from insurance please n thank you 💖💖
Quick question to breast feeding mum i would like to breast feed my baby when she comes as I’ve never really breast fed my other 2, is it uncomfortable also how is pumping out milk????? For bottle feeds is the pump uncomfortable... I would normally just breast feed and not pump when home but I do drive so when I’m out and can’t stop I’ll have to use a bottle...I remember trying to breast feed my youngest and I keeped getting milk ducts why was that??? I think that’s why I gave up as I was scared...
