Im 22 weeks, and having pelvic pain. It gets so bad sometimes i can barely walk. Is this normal? If not, Has anyone else experienced pelvic pain this early.

I experienced it with my last pregnancy and it was so bad that my bd had to roll me over in the middle of the night so I wouldn't get stiff and take the pressure off one side

@cheyanneyearwood93, omg I just told my doctor about this! It’s to the point I can barely move in bed sometimes ! She said it’s just round ligament pain and my pelvis stretching ... she said to do stretches , heating pad or ice pack && to buy a belly band. So last night I held my stomach up while I moved and it helped 100000% I barely felt the pain! So ima buy a belly band next week

It’s your ligaments and bones. There’s a lot of weight and sometimes our bodies are not as sturdy down there so it gives and causes pain and pressure. It’s normal. You can get a maternity belt. I find it uncomfortable to be supported lol

I’m about to be 21 weeks tomorrow I get this same pain but only when I walk. I’m def going to ask my doctor about it. You should too but it’s probably just baby positioned low. I really don’t know.
