First time I’ve ever pumped 7 oz!! But i went 7 hours without doing it 🤣🤷🏼 ♀ was too tired

Omg milk hack let me tell you. I always used to do this. Pump every two-three hours all day. Then every two hours (or 1.5 hours if you can) your last 2 pumps before you sleep. Then wait all night and you'll make a poooooop ton of milk first thing in the morning!
