okay, this time i have pants on so i don’t have to delete the post! any mommas struggling with that “pouch”? any tips on how to get rid of it or exercises to make it just more toned?

Pinterest for sure! I've still got a pouch to lose but the Pinterest works out are amazing. P.s. you look great
@agrace15 I completely understand. Get on Pinterest there are tons of baby pooch workout ideas! But you do look awesome especially for being a new mommy!
@blakeslatinmama, ugh, personal trainers are soooo overpriced! i was just trying to find some success stories on here of mommas who did some things to get rid of it!
@karensmommy, i honestly have no tips 😭 i eat junk food & take prenatal vitamins while i breastfeed & i lose weight & i don’t know how it happens

@cori.severs, that’s not disrespectful at all, thank you!! you can see it the best in the first picture... it’s not terrible, but compared to my pre baby body, it’s a pouch for sure! i know i’m not oversized or anything, i just don’t feel as comfortable as i’d like in my skin
@agrace15 well your gonna wanna tone more then just your stomach.. you'll need an all over body workout to really help you get toned. I suggest going to planet fitness, they are amazing and will help you with anything you need.
