okay, this time i have pants on so i don’t have to delete the post! any mommas struggling with that “pouch”? any tips on how to get rid of it or exercises to make it just more toned?
@agrace15 well your gonna wanna tone more then just your stomach.. you'll need an all over body workout to really help you get toned. I suggest going to planet fitness, they are amazing and will help you with anything you need.
@agrace15 I completely understand. Get on Pinterest there are tons of baby pooch workout ideas! But you do look awesome especially for being a new mommy!
@blakeslatinmama, ugh, personal trainers are soooo overpriced! i was just trying to find some success stories on here of mommas who did some things to get rid of it!
@cori.severs, that’s not disrespectful at all, thank you!! you can see it the best in the first picture... it’s not terrible, but compared to my pre baby body, it’s a pouch for sure! i know i’m not oversized or anything, i just don’t feel as comfortable as i’d like in my skin
