So we came to visit my family for the weekend to have a good relaxing time but it's not like that. My cousin's son is a little delayed for his age but he knows right from wrong. Well all day he has been biting and punching my oldest son. I told my cousin can you tell him to stop before my son defeats himself. Well she said he doesn't understand when she says to stop because he is only 5 and has a little delay. So after 30 minutes of separating my boys from her son he goes after Theodore. That's when Vincent defeated him. Now apparently my son is bad for protecting his baby brother. My cousin said I need to get a hold of my son. I told her I warned her my son will defeated himself and his brother. I will stand by my sons. We have some cousins who are a little delayed so I understand where their parents come from but you can always tell your child they are doing wrong and correct them.

Yeah she needs to come up with a discipline plan. Just because he's a little delayed doesn't mean let him get away with everything. I don't think I would stop my kids from defending themselves and your son did right to defend his baby brother. She needs a good long talking to.

She can't use that excuse the kids whole life. If so shes going to have a whole lot of issues when he's older.

I wouldn't of stopped my kid from defending themselves or their sibiling either. She was warned.

@krs1415 @nicemmcha2015 I told her she might be my cousin but I don't put up with anyone picking on my boys and they know how to defend each other. She is mad because apparently I don't understand her child but I do understand but him having a little delay doesn't have anything to do with her teaching him right from wrong.
