@layahsmommyx3 awww I'm sorry mama, I hope they let you stay a bit to monitor you, plus this is your first (and wether it's not, it's OK) so it's normal to be worried, I was like this with my first AND this second, every pregnancy is different so whatever is normal for me might not be for you and vice versa, but I'm glad you went to get hydrated when you did because I dont think I'd even know and for you to experience pre contractions and still be worried is actually a good thing. @mother.of.2, yeah I think I should go only thing is I don’t have my doc after hours number only the nurses at triage do and I’ve been going there like every week and it’s been for dehydration it’s like I don’t wanna get my hopes up I was having contractions lasting 2 min every min and that was only because I was dehydrated i thought I was going into labor but I should just put my pride to the side and go

@layahsmommyx3 hmmm, I know it may vary so I would call your Dr just in case or go in. Once my water broke which was an hour before I have to go in for induction I didn't start having contractions till about 2 or 3 hours later but that's when they started the pitocin to jump-start them or if your doctor doesn't answer cuz it might be because it's the weekend you can always call your local nurse hotline or call Labor and Delivery at the hospital that your giving birth at just to see what other kind of advice they can give you

Yeah does it smell or anything cuz when my water broke it smells like a sweet almond smell almost

My water leaked very slowly and wasn’t enough to fill a pad. I’d say to get it checked because if you are leaking, there’s a risk of infection and it just isn’t worth it.

@dmomma, yes that’s what I seen to do when i looked it up that’s why I’m laying down for a bit

You should just go to the hospital and let them see what’s going on your water could be leaking slow
