Breast pump officially taken care of with help from insurance and on its way! Yay! They said I should get it Monday or Tuesday and it will be shipped to my house, super glad my insurance allows me to have my pump up to 4 months before I deliver!

@ohnstadk, oh I bet, I like having everything I can think of now so it’s less worries and can focus more on the LO. Congrats on twins btw! Must have been a surprise 😊

But yeah I wish I could just go get it now.

@joyfulmom2b omg that would be a thing if nightmares for me since I'm having twins... everyone keeps asking if I'm scared of labor and I say "nope, but I am scared of doing errands with my newborn twins!"

@thisisdwarren I was prepared for them to say I couldn't have it until after I gave birth cause I see people comment that is the policy their insurance has, so in that case we are both lucky

Breast pump covered by insurance

I've already done what I needed to find out what type of pump I get covered through insurance. It turns out, with my insurance, I can't even get my pump shipped to me until I call them with all the birth details of my baby. So...wth am I supposed to do having a baby and no pump?! I plan to pump exclusively and this REALLY throws a wrench in my plans.
