Tylenol cold & sinus.

Her ob said she couldn't take anything is it safe too?

Robitussin dm is safe during pregnancy. I dont recommend any cough candy because they have things in them that arent safe for pregnancy. I was told to avoid them

You can have her try Zarbee’s children’s cough syrup or Hyland’s cough and cold. Zarbee’s is a natural remedy and Hylands is a homeopathic one. They’re both pretty awesome and don’t contain stuff on the banned list.

@natcasey9, most docs don’t recommend them because they don’t believe in them or they’re not a recognized course of treatment by mainstream medicine. But, when you’re pregnant or breastfeeding and feel awful and can’t take anything and they help, you’re so relieved that at least something is working.
