Where is the 20 pounds? I think you look great, if you want to slim down your tummy try waist training. Your tummy isnt even that big you wont have any problems lossing wieght.

@starting_over39 buy on ebay, i bought mine at this store called show case its a store where they sell all the stuff you can buy on tv.

Thank you @missheatherbaby.. Most definitely eliminating white carbs and I'm not much of a sugar fan so that will be easy.. It's bread cheese, pasta that's my weakness 😋

@carusod91, eat lots of healthy fats like avocados, nuts, peanut butter and stuff like that. Eat a lot just make sure what you eat is healthy and healthy carbs. No white carbs and definitely no added sugar.

@missheatherbaby, does low calorie diet affect breast milk supply ? I’m told I have to eat lots to keep the supply up 😩

@starting_over39, definitely eat egg whites. I usually have egg whites cooked with some vegetables for breakfast with an avocado on the side, for lunch I have either a healthy soup (no cards), a smoothie with unsweetened almond milk, or a salad. Since you don’t eat meat you could get chickpeas, or egg in your salad with tuna salad on top or something like that, and for dinner you can have brown rice pasta with vegetables or the fake meat stuff as a stir fry with brown rice and a vegetable. I eat a cheat meal once a week. Anything of my choice, but only one meal. I weigh 130 and have stayed that weight for a very long time sticking to my strict eating essentials.

@brookeleigh1397 actually it doesn't bother my stomach.. It just has an unpleasant smell 🤢 but I'm getting use to it.

@missheatherbaby I would appreciate any help 🤗.. I don't eat meat, shrimp, lobster. I eat eggs (egg white mostly) occasionally and fish.
