Opinions on the name we have decided on....
Rockland Reese
I like “Rocky” for short, my husband and other kids are calling him “Baby Rocko”. I was thinking “Rock” or “Rox” as a teenager would be cool, if he wanted something different and a little older sounding... what do you ladies think?

Transgender children So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are your thoughts on the matter? Do u think the parents are behind this? Idk because I haven't met the parents or children. I just think at 5 it's very young for children to really understand. What do u ladies think?

@kambam, I have considered Rease, Reece or Reace also. Undecided on spelling so far. I don’t really care for Rhys bc I don’t think people will really know how to pronounce it.

I like it 😊 I just don't like the spelling of Reese personally. Makes me think of the candy WHICH I LOVE. but its also more feminine than reece, if that matters. Then there's also rhys.

@kaym, I think Rockland sounds very distinguished as an adult.

My thing is picture their name as a CEO or a doctor and decide if you think it works because some names don’t “grow up” with the kid

Never thought of Rocko’s Modern Life. Guess it seems better that they say “Baby Rocko”. Lol!

I think its cool! And I like Rocky and Rocko! Rocky reminds me of the movie 3 ninjas and I like Rocko because of Rockos modern life! I’m a 90s baby so if you haven’t heard of these things sorry but I do like the name! Lol
