I’m having pains in my lower belly.
And I’m not sure if their contractions or not. But they hurt so bad. Can someone help me figure it out.

I was having those all night, everytime I woke up my stomach was so tight and my back ached. Now I woke up and am fine.. are the pains timeable? That's what you need to figure out. If you can time them and they're consistent enough then that is when I would call your doctor.

@makethatfour, they were at first but now I kinda feel them in my back.
