I am 24+ weeks pregnant and I haven’t really at or drank enough water in 3 days. How dangerous is this for Baby?
This is my intake today with 33oz of water.
@mamabird228, I can’t hold down anything not even liquid
@mamabird228, I did but complications happens and they refused to see me at five months and I haven’t been able to find a doctor that will take me. I’m going to try that
@mamabird228, I don’t have a dr at the moment. What is unisom?
@phoebesmommy, I can’t keep anything down though and I have no appetite. It feels like the stomach flu but I didn’t have it.
@mommynmotion, I get bad cramps but even water hurts
@mamabird228, I can’t keep anything down. I feel like I have the stomach flu but don’t.
@monkeysalwayswin, I can’t stop using the bathroom, my stomach doesn’t stop hurting, I am nauseous. It’s kind of like the flu but not
Try to watch your sugar and salt intake and eat more fiber
Eat lots of lean proteins bc it’s best for baby’s developing brain. Maybe just hard boil a batch of eggs so you have an easy protein snack. Get some cheese sticks and baby carrots w hummus. Roast some broccoli and other veggies and roll them up in a wheat tortilla w hummus. Eat an apple or a handful of unsalted nuts.
These are all great easy things
If I don’t eat I feel terrible .
If I don’t drink water I get bad headaches and just feel nasty😭
You need to be eating for the sake of your child whether you feel like it or not. Your body doesn’t only belong to you anymore, you’re sharing it with someone else who is relying on you to eat a healthy diet.
@monkeysalwayswin, I know. I didn’t know how to word it. What I am trying to say is that I am 24 weeks and not really eating. Is that dangerous for Baby.
@mamabird228, I’m not really eating. I have coffee in the morning with water then have a tiny snack then eat 1/4 of a meal
That's extremely dangerous!!
