Six weeks is usually a little early to do an ultrasound. Most places will wait until 8 -10 weeks to establish a viable pregnancy. I had mine done at 8 weeks.

At my 6 weeks baby heart rate was 97. I only had ultrasound done this early because we did an iui so we had ultrasound at 6 and 8 weeks with a specialist then at 10 weeks with a local ob

I had ultrasound at 7 weeks the baby was measuring 6 weeks and heart rate was 128 they didn’t seem concerned at all.

@kellynicole, yes mam! Since it was done so early on they probably just want to make sure the baby is growing fine! Some drs just like to take a little more precaution then others!

I had a ultrasound done yesterday and baby measured 6 weeks 1 day. They saw the heartbeat beating but couldn't hear it. The heartbeat measured to 132. Told me everything seemed fine and healthy.

Don't stress yourself. I had an ultrasound at 7 weeks and then another at 11 weeks. They were just to measure the baby and make sure that it's growing on track. At the second ultrasound my ob said he just wanted to see if we were keeping the due date we had originally gotten by lmp

Baby’s hb is exactly where it’s supposed to be because it doesn’t start beating till 5 1/2 to 6 weeks starting around 80 beats per minute. You have nothing to worry about. Please stay away from DR. Google!😂

I had one done at 7 weeks then again around 11 weeks only because it was still to early to hear heartbeat through the doppler so they did an ultrasound to make sure there was still a heartbeat.
