I'm 15 weeks tomorrow and I'm already gaining a lot of weight...what are some of ur favorite healthy meals and snacks girls? I'm not used to eating healthy at all 😂🙈 I'm reeeallly wanting my aunt to make her stuffed peppers....is that healthy? Lmao #lordhelpme
@kailgurl19xx, I can’t really describe the flavor. It’s avocados mixed with cilantro, lime, onion, salt, garlic, & jalapeños. I eat it mild b/c of heartburn but it can be made spicier if you like hot. You should try it. It’s sooo good. If you don’t want to make it, they carry it at wegmans and tops in a refrigerated section near the produce.
I’m obsessed with guacamole right now. I put it on veggies or eggs. Soooo yummy😋
@penelope127 I definitely need to jump on that! I like pretty much everything (and I'm hoping and praying my baby will too) so hopefully it'll help if I start introducing good food now 🙌🙏

@kailgurl19xx, my dr told me the better variety of what you eat now makes baby not such a picky eater later on.
@kailgurl19xx, yep, and I buy frozen veggies that I steam. Not always are you going to feel like veggies, and then they won’t go to waste.
@kailgurl19xx, 😂 it’s my 3rd rodeo. But in all seriousness walking is going to be your best friend. It’s one of the most effective ways to lose weight even when you’re not pregnant. But don’t stress out about the weight. Eat healthy for the baby but definitely give into your cravings too momma ❤️
I’ve been really just eating more fruits and veggies in my diet. Usually like for lunch I try to have some sort of salad. Dinner no matter what I have I always have a side of some sort of steamed veggies. I’m not sure if your active, but even just talking a walk is a healthy way to get some excerise in without putting a huge strain on your body.
I snack on fruits and vegetables. I love smoothies too
