You're not alone! So many new moms feel the same exact way. It's so exhausting and trying and it doesn't help that you're in pain and your hormones are all over the place. It gets better, I PROMISE. Hang in there and always feel free reach out to someone anytime you're struggling. Other moms get it! Oh and cry all you need because bottling it up isn't good. One feeding at a time, one diaper change at a time, one day at a time. You've got this mama. You're doing great!
I’m sorry you’re feeling this way. Try to nap when your baby falls asleep. Gel packs, tucks pads, and dermaplast were my best friends. I know it’s overwhelming at first, especially when you’re still healing. You can do this though. ❤️
Your not alone! It’s hard but you’ll get through it! I know it seems impossible now but you can do it.
I felt the same way with my last baby. Just 3 days after I left the hospital I was home alone with 3 kids. I didn’t think I could do it but I got through it now I’m 34.5 weeks pregnant with my 4th lol I swore I’d never do it again.

@fieldst0812, take a breath, take some Tylenol. Put diapers and wipes within your reach, feet up and relax.

Do you have dermoplast? Just give yourself a sponge bath for now.
