When you have a contraction squat down low in front of your couch or something with your knees wide open.

@sandraluvx, I’m gonna keep moving around, I tried to take a hot shower that didn’t really help. I’ve been having intense contractions but not close enough for the hospital

@ashleyp123, I walked, rolled my hips, did squats, danced and took a long hot shower. I know they say hot showers aren’t to safe during pregnancy but one of those things definitely helped me cause I went into labor the same night. I noticed slight cramps on my left side and and I was eating them often but I don’t know if it was contractions or not so when I went to go pee I noticed I lost my mucus plug with a bloody show and I knew there and then that I was in labor.
