@ek620, they legit just jumped to 5 minutes for 1 minute. I’m in a lot of pain but I’m waiting till they become more consistent

Considering you’re 41 weeks this is probably the start! I was told by my hospital to follow the 5-1-1 rule. 5 contractions lasting 1 minute or longer within 1 hour is when you should go in.

I was told that if you can’t talk or walk through a contraction then that is when you go in.
