So mamas, if your partner works & you’re a SAHM, how much do you expect for them to do when they’re home?

My husband is mostly away so its all me , when he come home he is so beat that i try to do everything myself but he tries to help as much as he can

But I also don't expect him to do anything. If I need help I ask and he usually will.

Nothing, my man is super sweet and understanding. He doesn't care if the house is clean or dinner is made he just wants the baby and I to have a good day.

Well my husband is set in the old time barefoot pregnant wife in the kitchen cooking and him not doing anything. He doesn’t throw out the trash or clean up anything at all or even pick up after himself he said I spoiled him so much he got used to doing nothing. I think he should at least throw trash out and move the heavy things in the house. I wish he would wash dishes lol.

My DH does a lot to help me. I’m really grateful. But he also sometimes wants things too perfect and that’s not possible every day. He takes the trash out every night and will help put away laundry or fold it. At least his own. He also sometimes unloads the dishwasher 👍👍

@jellybeans_mumm Yea, mine also. Than he piles stuff on top I'm like really than he gets mad but it's all from him why it's falling. 😂😂😂 I don't drink Monster's and Dr.Pepper that's all him.

@jellybeans_mumm I used to say that also when I was working. I just became SAHM in beginning of the yr.

At least they can take out the dam trash , I’m not a SAHM but I feel taking out the trash should be a mans job idk why 🤷🏼‍♀️ lol

I think it’s more important to Ask them what they expect and how you can work together

At the very least pick up after himself. And help on the days I do deep cleaning.

Honestly nothing but help with our daughter

My husband is in charge of bedtime routine, taking out trash. He will do anything I ask ☺️

My husband is a truck driver so he’s gone 5 days a week on the road and only home on the weekends. His chores are washing the sippy cups , taking out the trash , taking care of all baby needs (feeding , diaper changing , bath etc) and take down the laundry.

He thinks he shouldn’t have to do anything 🤬

Help with the kids and take the trash out, also picking up after themselves since everyone else has to. We just had an argument over this last night lol
