We have these things at work where we send a kudos to another employee and at the end of the week they get put into a drawing and the person who wrote it gets a prize and the person who gets the kudos gets a prize too i won and got a white chocolate mocha frappe from Starbucks i have the best boss ever!!!

That's nice of them but curse Starbucks for under filling your cup lol they are to expensive. McDonald's does that to me all the time.

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
