raspberry leaf tea? pros and cons of taking it? anybody have any personal experience taking it?
UPDATE: i bought the raspberry leaf tea and i cant stop drinking its so good😩it isnt gonna give me painful contractions is it because i keep seeing that online😭that damn google🤦🏻♀️
this is good news i had been seeing horror stories about it like it causes horrid contractions and i thought it was so supposed to be good for you
It's great and caffeine free 😍. I just made 2 jugs of it and chilled it in the fridge with lemons in it, it tastes amazing. I totally recommend it and even if you're not pregnant it's a great tea for women in general. It helps regulate cycles and etc ...
The sooner you start, the better. It helps tone your uterus and prepare it for labor by becoming more efficient. However, it doesn't induce labor.
Don't have any cons just don't drink too much a week 1 -2 cups a day is fine
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
@damnkmar just don't drink too much of it
