Oh I forgot to update 🤣: so yesterday after his 3-4 nap, we played until 6:40 and he took a bath until 7.... he didn’t want to eat so I just gave him some Motrin and rocked him in the seat (I’ll stop eventually but for now my main concern is getting him on a schedule) he went to sleep around 8-8:30 but woke up around 10 for a bottle since he didn’t eat earlier 🤦🏽♀️ other than that he slept up until 4:30 this morning.. we played until he fell back to sleep in the bed with me and woke up at 11... went out to run errands with my husband and he fell asleep in the car around 3:30.. got back home woke him up at 4:20. We played and he ate. Washed him up at 6:30... he waited until after I got him dressed to decide he wanted to poop 😩 after I changed him, he decided to attach my face with spitty raspberries while trying to bite my nose ... realized his eyes where closed the whole time so I put him in the seat and rocked him for a few minutes... been asleep since 7:30 and got up around 9 to eat but stayed asleep 😋
@taylorsmommy1017, he had his own room and the only light on is he’s ceiling projector
@taylorsmommy1017, that’s the opposite of my son. If I don’t give him enough he’ll stay awake
@taylorsmommy1017, I was thinking about finding bottles with more ounces so that it would cut out that last feeding in the middle of the night because he drinks 8-9 ounces but acts like he’s still hungry
I think the real difference is waking him up early and cutting his naps shorter... he used to nap for 3-4 hours 🤦🏽♀️😫🙄 but now I only let him sleep for 1 or 1 1/2
@taylorsmommy1017, I have but he’s choosy.... it’s a 50/50 chance that he’ll let me do it without him popping back up and me starting all over again
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
Make your own breakfast!
At what age do you think a child should be making their own breakfast? I have a 10 year old and I think he is perfectly capable of making himself breakfast. It doesn't take rocket science to put some waffles into the toaster, or microwave some pancakes. My husband insists that he needs to have breakfast made for him because if we left it up to him he wouldn't eat enough and it would take him forever.
I literally have to only give my dad and his gf enough for 1 bottle when I drop him off there every Tuesday because last week they were about to give him 6oz in an hour like are you crazy they said because he was crying, play with him give him attention and he won't cry pick him up and walk around with him. I told him he gets 3 oz at 7pm they ended up not giving him the 3 oz till 7:30 and we got there at 8:30 to pick him up and was feeding him again I lost my mind it pisses me off bc he has a...
Science!
My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?

Okay ladies... I woke him up at 7-7:30... fed him and let him play... and now I just put him in the top part of his bed and strapped him in, gave him a kiss and told him I loved him before walking out... he started crying the first time until I got up and gave him something for teething and he quieted down.... gonna go check on him around 9:30... if he’s asleep I’ll wake him up around 10:30 to eat again and play before his next nap... his bed is that pack and play with the curved laying attachme...
