Has anybody done any gifts for the labor and delivery staff?? I didn't really wanna do food but…

They love food! 😁 My kids were in the NICU and we did Nothing Bunt Cakes. One for day and one for night. @newlywedmama21 I was on the normal birthing floor and ppl brought me a dozen KK donuts and a box of cookies from local bakery and they kept refusing when I would all them when they would come in the room so I had my husband take them out there....I didn't touch them but it was just way too much for just the 2 of us and they were GONE in less than an hour they told me 😊

@beccaaalynnn11 aww don't feel selfish....they're doing their job. This is my last baby so I just feel like being extra since it's my last time ever seeing maternity ward staff lol....that makes me think, I need to do my OB office staff too....I can deliver those at my postpartum

@scidg3 so about how many should I have, per shift?

I can say with confidence nurses LOVE food and they will be so grateful! Depends how big your delivery ward is, there is always more staff during the day than at night. A box of Joe and some munchkins is always nice!

@newlywedmama21 There was a dozen cookies and then a dozen fully loaded donuts.... Idk how big your unit is... You could also do a couple of SB coffee boxes instead the kind that are for groups.....I worked in a hospital.... Nurses and NAs live off candy and junk food! 😂 😉😊

I saw a basket full of popcorn and pop rocks and it says “thanks for helping us pop” 🙂 so cute!
