Slowly trying to get him to fall asleep without his carseat but its not working so well he fights it…

What kind of things do you do with him to soothe? Basically what does your day with him look like? The routine and all

@carusod91 this morning was really good he woke up at 6 my bf gave him to me at 7 we just walked around for a bit then he was cranky so I layed on the bed with him at 730 and he fell asleep after a bottle and me patting him on the bum and rubbing his face, he stayed sleeping until 11am then we sat on the bed with my bf and he played with baby and read some books i put him in his exersaucer then went down for another nap from 1230-230 then hes just been really grumpy since then tried more to keep baby entertained tried to go down for a nap at 430 but he didnt want to i tried for half hour but he just laid awake tried to go down for a nap every hour it wasnt working finally got him to lay down at 815 but he squiggled and woke himself up again he just wont stay sleeping, its now 930 and hes been awake since 230

@carusod91 yea sometimes he passes out with a bottle, i tried rocking him and i pat his bum and sing him songs and rub his face, put him in a dark room etc

@avianlouiebos, awww. I wonder if that’s his “witching hour”. His naps might be too long maybe? My son sleeps about an hour at a time. But I definitely wouldn’t wanna wake my baby either if he was sleeping for that long.

@carusod91 well the reason he slept so much yesterday morning was because he barely slept on sunday he was up from 8 am to 3pm then he slept till 6 then was up until 11pm so that's 3 hours of sleep in 15 hours my poor guy :( he literally screamed for 7 hours straight from 8 till 3 until he just passed out on me from exhaustion i didnt even have to rock him or anything

@carusod91 best way to get him to fall asleep is in his carseat he likes to be bounced but the problem with that is he rarely settles like hes sleeping but he tosses and turns alot.he sleep alot more soundly laying on the bed but its very hard to get him to fall asleep that way so I can't win with either option :'(

Month check up soon? I’d ask about it. What formula do you use? About formula, reflux, colic, etc. Babies are most comfortable with their mothers hence why we tend to deal with their issues out of everyone else.
