I made sure to move it as often as I can. Especially since mine were still healing.

@ceairia24, i was. I did it after a shower. It was hard to unscrew at first but I eventually got it wearing gloves.

@sky105 where you able to move yours ? Ive been trying to take it out to let it breathe for a minute but mine wont move at all its like its glued

@ceairia24, maybe it’s from your boobs growing and skin stretching? Mine were a little tender at first too and eventually it went away. Hope the same happens for you too.

@sky105 no, ive had it for 3 years now & its never hurt. Im 17 weeks pregnant & it just started hurting a few days ago
