My doctor still told me 6 weeks. But I know some people don’t wait that long. I did though because the thought of any kind of tear freaks me out and I wanted confirmation from my doctor at my 6 weeks pp appt that everything healed well. I’m just weird 🤷‍♀️I know 1 degree tears heal quickly.
