Is anyone's mum's going to their birth?

I had my mum with my first born & my OH, I was 17. With my 2nd she just turned up 😂 but with this one I would like it to just be myself and partner as more so because he has said he would like it to just be us xx

Edit - I didn’t mind at all my mum being there I know she loved being present and to be with me so I will feel bad when I try to tell her this time it will just be me and OH xx

Don’t think I could do it without my mum there! My partner doesn’t particularly want her there but it will also take the pressure off him a bit too I think x

@shanz he all ways knew i wnted my mum there hunni coz my mum wasnt at my daughters birth coz we stoped talking for like 4 years bbe so i jus said to him wen we have a baby i wnt my mum to be there for this one and he said thats ok i gave him the chance to be there for the c section if i have to have one and he said no thank you so i asked my mum if she wanted to come in with me if i have to have one bbe xxx

I was gonna ask my mum but I asked her to be there when I had harper and she said no so I’ve asked my sister in law instead xx
