I’ve never had my water break on my own 😑 when I went into labor so what’s it like ?

Messy. 😂 I felt a little discharge and went to the bathroom to see. As soon as I got there and pulled my pants down a giant gush went all over my underwear and shorts soaking them. I proceeded to go pee then. And when o was done stood up and kept gushing so I waddled to the bathtub and just let it keep coming. 😂 finally it stopped and I got underwear and an overnight pad. Put pants on and soaked the pad. It was like the never ending waterfall for me. I had to put a towel down in the car. Finally it stopped and i was admitted and had my baby girl 25 hours later.
My husband and I just got done 👀 “softening my cervix” lol I was laying there and I felt a pop in my vagina. I got up to run to the bathroom and as soon as I stepped foot inside . My water broke. It was like a water ballon hit the floor. After that is was just a slow leak. I put on pants like a dummy 🤦🏽♀️ it got soaked within seconds.
I thought I peed on myself I got up to pee and just had a gush come out I went pee and it just kept coming out took a shower still trickling down my leg I wasn’t really sure what was going on but I decided to go to the hospital to make sure and it ended up being my water
Feels like you’re pissing yourself and can’t control it. Felt like the flood gates opened
@selandriac I heard the water splashing in the toilet and then my contractions started happening pretty heavily soon after
@selandriac I didn't know it was my water breaking like I said I just felt some pressure and thought I had to go to the bathroom I thought I had to pee or something and then it broke when I was on the toilet
My water started leaking slowly, in gushes not all at once. I was sitting on the couch completely fine, and all of a sudden I felt a gush of water coming out and I jumped up off the couch afraid I was peeing myself. I knew it couldn’t have been pee because I had literally just come back from peeing not even 5 min before sitting down. This kept happening and when I went into L & D they said it probably wasn’t my water and tried to send me home.. I had to insist they at least run some tests to make sure and of course, it tested positive for amniotic fluid and doctors and nurses fled into the room
With mine I was sleeping & it felt like a big gush like I peed myself but after I sat on the toilet it kept gushing. Little spurts here & there

I was extremely lucky I started to feel a little pressure I thought I had to go to the bathroom so I sat on the toilet and my water broke it was quite awesome for me
@selandriac, girl I’m moving around the house now trying something but I haven’t been having any contractions or anything soo I doubt my water will break 😩
