@idontwant2bapie, I had gotten induced with my daughter cause she was tiny it went smooth for me wasn’t really uncomfortable just in pain obviously lol but that’s about it

@idontwant2bapie, I’m not sure I had to switch doctors at like 38wks which was the dumbest thing ever. However that being said I don’t really even know who my doctor is let alone how she works so idk

@nlock my doctor just didn't want me going past 41 weeks and that day was the only one he was available to do the surgery

@ladyblauvelt.skysmomma, I wish they would have given me up to 3 days after my due date that would mean tomorrow would be my day 😩

I was induced with my son at 40w3d and he didn't come until the following night via csection... It sucked. My doctor wanted to induce me again this time but I said no I'd rather wait it out a little to try and go into labor on my own but I only have until 3 days after my due date this time too

@lizology27_bb, I wouldn’t do castor oil but when I was induced with my daughter I had her a few hours later

Being in induced sucked for me.... but I was over 40 weeks. DS2 had to stay in the hospital a week after I was released. He swallowed his own poop before I was induced and had a hard time breathing. While being induced, nothing happened. All pain and no dilation. After day 2, they stopped the medicine. They were going to send me home the next day. My water broke 12 hours later. I dilated to 3 cm and got an epidural. The contractions kept coming for 3 hours.... my blood pressure rose, his heart beat dropped with every contraction and I still wasn’t dilating anymore. So I had an emergency c section. I don’t agree with rushing baby or doing any castor oils and other dangerous methods even if baby is late... but I do agree with requesting to be induced if you have passed 40 weeks. JMO. I wish you all of the luck mama!

Trust me, it's better to be patient and have the chance to go into labor on your own. Being induced sucks. Its much more painful.
