A baby born at 37 almost 38 weeks weighing 7lbs 10oz should weigh roughly about how much at 8m?

It depends on their prior growth rate.

Every baby is different. Both my older two were born at 37 weeks. My ds was about 20 pounds or so by eight months (chunkers). My dd1 is a year and a half and just over 20 pounds. Talk to your doctor if you're concerned :)
