You need to get cabbage leaves. Get them cold if you can and wear in your bra religuously. Do not touch your breasts, do not put them in warm shower. Use cold packs as much as needed and ibuprofen for pain.

Also if you need relief take a very warm shower and gently press. Only until it doesn’t hurt anymore.

Cabbage leaves will dry you up.
