@alyssa5792 yes I'll start off slow it's only been a week I'll give it another week and start taking little walks around the neighborhood

I believe it but I dont follow it.

I am a sahm with 0 family or friends to help, SO works 12+ hrs a day...so I have no choice but to go out because life doesnt stop when there is a newborn, there are errands to run, groceries to buy and stuff to do and unfortunately I cant just be at home for 30s days.

I would always make sure my newborns were in their carseats, with the canopy and a cover.
