I'm sure they are just stretching out after being cramped up in the womb. My sons toes were a little uneven too and they doctor told me they should straighten out when he starts walking and they did, except one foot still has toes that are a little uneven but it doesn't effect his walking.

It's genetic. You can look up curly toes on google and see there are varying degrees. Some people opt for surgery to release the tendons but it isn't necessary in all cases.

My boy twin had the same toes. It was like his toes were wider than his feet. Every toe did a different thing. It is much better now.
