31w and cramping with having to run to the bathroom (tmi but diarrhea bad) normal?

See if you can time your pain, like if it comes and goes. If it does go get checked

I'm 33 weeks and had that yesterday. I woke up with what I think is braxton hicks (but idk but it hurt pretty bad. Kept going to bathroom but couldn't get much out and was throwing up. I drink some water with baking soda and felt alot better.
