@gingiej1207 yes I am a victim & it's not forcing me to go it has state vs tge defendant name & the letter said it is a copy for me
But if its child custody I would if you don't you lose
Depends what part your playing in the court .if your a victim not at all if your a witness I don't think so unless it says your being forced to or if your the person who has court for charges or whatever then yes go

Am I wrong to be upset? Last night I was running a fever, weak, tired, sore, my left boob feels like it got used as a punching bag.
