It all depends on how your feeling down there if your still sore then your not ready.

For me, the risk of infection isn’t worth not waiting the full 6 weeks. Sore or not, your body is extremely fertile at this time and not fully healed.

Each time I waited until I wasn't sore anymore. So the first time it was 5wks pp, second child was 2wks pp.

Sex was the last thing on my mind after birth lol

With my first I did it at 4weeks and with our second we did it at 4 weeks again 😊, never got an infection or pregnant from it.

With both my kids I waited until I got the all clear, so I totally know this pain. When 4 PP rolled around I was so close to giving in.

I was scared after my 6 week pp check up... I think we waited an extra week, I was terrified to do it!
