So I decided to get this book as a baby shower gift for my cousin !! I hope she likes it cause i know i loved the Dr. Seuss / Oh, The Places You’ll Go book i got for my baby shower !! (She’s also getting a money ) but i love this idea !!

So idk if I’m an asshole for thinking this but a girl I used to go to school with is having her 3rd kid and she’s planning a baby shower and she had one with her other two. I feel like a baby shower is something you do with ur first pregnancy. I live far from my family so I didn’t have one but i did have a baby registry and I’m not even doing that with this pregnancy. Idk I just feel like 3 baby showers is a lot! Especially when she gets things handed to her. Idk maybe I’m an ass for thinking that
I devoured this book in two days. Such a great read! Truly showing the strength of a woman, a mother. Trying to get out of my reading comfort zone. Can anyone recommend books they loved?
I really thought I was getting a baby shower and like no one has even thought about giving me one. This is my first baby i mean no one has to do anything for me I just at least thought they had plans for me and they don’t. They gave my uncle one because his wife didn’t want one because she already had a kid.And everyone got a baby shower and was giving one .But I guess it’s okay. I’ll do my own baby shower with my next child I just thought family planned a baby shower for you . Lol guess I thought wrong.

For my baby shower I asked for books instead of cards so I can start her little library .. loved it everyone who gave me a book wrote a special note inside for my daughter
