Has anyone had super bad back pain. They you can’t walk, that goes down your legs and feels like contractions but only in your back?

Sleep on your side with a pillow between your legs, warm not hot compress, legs up. There’s also some stretches
@bbhausfeld77, yes!!! I was fine playing with the kids one minute now I am on the couch in pain that feels like labor almost
