How'd it go lol?

My husband always fidgets with things when he's bored or uncomfortable and at my first appointment before the DR came in the room he was fidgeting with the light so I asked him why he was playing with the light they use to shine in vaginas. His face was a combo of shock and horror as he scrubbed his hands?. Now he stares straight at the wall every appointment.

?? this is the ONLY appointment I didn't have my husband with me for. I knew it was happening & we didn't have a sitter for our 2 year old. Couldn't be any worse than seeing me give birth tho?‍♀️

My hubs has been there for every ultrasound (even the wand), one cervical exam in the doc’s office and however many there were at my first birth. I feel like he has a clear idea of my discomfort/pain from cervical exams, and we have a toddler now, so I excuse him from the room when it’s time for those, and he gladly leaves. ?

Lol oh he was there to witness my transvaginal US last December before my MC and that freaked him out more than today’s swabs. Today he was just laughing and cracking jokes the whole time.
