Our cat is already being an a** about all the new baby stuff in the house so it’s going to take some work getting him adjusted. ?

Our cat is curious too. I prefer a****** , but curious is nicer LOL we have the same pack and play, different color ;) but I put a fitted sheet on top and she hasn't jumped in since.

Lol our cat loves to hide in bags and boxes so putting a sheet over it will probably be even more inviting to him. ? He makes a kitty fort out of just about anything. He’s been such a butthole lately/waking me at 5am, standing on top of me meowing for me to get up for no reason (amongst other things) I kind of want to scare the crap out of him with the balloons! ?

Her name is Magnolia?? I love that name!!! I never heard of anyone with that name before but it’s so cute!! I hope your cat cooperates!! With my first baby we had to get rid of our cat ? it was so sad but when the baby came he started peeing on everything!! Including the pack and play in our room! So much that he destroyed the mattress so I had to go on amazon and buy a new mattress for the pack and play! We tried to give him 6 months to adjust but had to call it quits when he peed ON MY BABY! I felt so bad for my little guy lol

Someone had suggested putting plastic wrap over the top of the pack n play and that totally worked for us! The cat tried to jump in there one time and it freaked him out so badly he never tried again! Haha

oh no that’s terrible! Our cat only goes potty outside. He hates having to use a litter box so I doubt we will have that issue.

We have 2 cats and with our first we had to keep the doors closed to the bedrooms. Cats are asses ?

I was worried about my two cats with my son but they did amazing with him. They didn't start jumping in his crib until he was over a year old and they would just sleep opposite of him. He's two now and they're still best friends. With this baby my one male cat is obsessed with my belly and even freaked out when I went into preterm labor. You'd be surprised what animals can sense.
