That's soooo sweet! My MIL is Jewish and I only realized when we told her the good news that in their culture they thinks it's bad luck to congratulate in ANY way. That means no gifts before baby comes!! And she's a great gift-giver ??

That's weird. My best friend is Jewish and I threw her a baby shower. Her mom and step mom both came and gave gifts. Maybe my friend isn't "that Jewish".

Lol that is strange!! Don't get me wrong, I respect everyone's beliefs, but I'm so grateful for his mom since mine died when I was only 11. I've been looking at this one pic of my mom and I on the beach when I was like 2 or 3, realizing this is one of those times I'm missing her a lot more. ????

Lol @mols ? My hubby's side is all Jewish, and let's be honest, way wealthier than my side. When MIL told me they won't throw me a shower, I have to admit I was a little disappointed haha. They're all sweet and will send things after.
