I'm loving my more healthy cravings this pregnancy! Before I MC in January all I wanted was Mexican food lol.

OF COURSE I get on the "What to Expect" app this morning and there's an article about lettuce/listeria. ? I mean seriously?! I feel like everyday it's something else we shouldn't eat!! I wash all of my produce but feel like all these "studies" are making us more fearful and anxious than we should be. Yeah I get that I don't need to eat raw fish/meat/eggs but what gives?! Lol

Just seeing this, if it's in a bottle in your fridge it's probably fine. Just check the ingredients and see if it says "pasteurized eggs" and definitely no eating it out at a restaurant! Same goes for aiolis. I always ask if they make it from a mayo base (okay) or from scratch with eggs.

"Most commercially available Caesar dressings are made with cooked/pasteurized eggs, making them safe for expectant mothers."

I think I'll be fine since I definitely used a commercial dressing.

Speaking of ranch, omg, hidden valley cucumber ranch is amazing! The smell really appeals to me right now lol!

Oh no, I LOVE ranch. I even go so far as to put in on my spaghetti. Salad is just the only place I do not like it. I don't know why. Lol
