So I have some lady doing my daughters cake,cupcakes and cookies for her birthday I paid her $60 dollars for half the deposit and about a week ago I messaged her about the cake and she has never messaged me back but I checked her Facebook and she has been on Facebook should I message her again or what?

If credit card, dispute the charges to get your money back. Just call the card company and let them know what's going on.
