Has anyone ever used or heard of someone using a postpartum doula?

Oh man I sure could’ve used one when I had my little guy lol I swear that would help reduce mental health issues related to postpartum

@memybumpandi, Luxury is right! As soon as I read massages and older child care..my thoughts went wild lol I think it would be worth it for a mom with little home support suffering from PD..but I def. couldn’t justify the cost otherwise. A maid once a month maybe 😂

@memybumpandi, ya! They take care of all mommies need (cooking, massages, advice etc) they help with older children, and any other family needs to ensure mom can rest...I didn’t know this existed until now..
