39+3 today. Due 6/12, next appointment is 6/13 if she doesn't come by then and I still haven't dilated to a 3 or 4, I will have to schedule my csection. Pleaseeeeeeee cervix do what you're supposed to I don't want to go through another csection heal especially with a 2 year old and a newborn.
@ladyblauvelt.skysmomma tearing is super scary especially when you hear about fourth degree tears😓. But is that the closest hospital to you? Or is that the best one?
@cheyenneb2016 I want my vbac too but I just worry about the other issues like tearing 😓 and if I make it to the hospital on time because I live and hour away from where I'll be delivering
@cheyenneb2016, I will! You too! I have my appointment Monday so hopefully I’m further along 🤞🏽
@lilinnocence718 keep me updated on how things go for you! I hope we get it too!
I’m due 6/12 too! Hoping for a vbac, my ob gave me until 6/19 after that c section 😩 last checked I was only half a centimeter dilated so I’m loosing hope on this vbac situation and I’m a stay at home mom to a 3 year old. I hope the vbac happens for us!
@bbyzvcy18 thank you so much! How come you have to have another one, what changed?
@ladyblauvelt.skysmomma yes I see your son is around the same age as mine! And trying to introduce a new baby to them and heal it's asking for chaos. My first csection was due to a placental abruption so my body never had a chance to dilate or anything because it happened really early. So this is like my first baby all over again and they told me I'd probably be late but it's still so disappointing to have all these stipulations when I want a vaginal delivery sooooooooooo bad.
Omg, i totally understand you. Our csection is set on 6/13. This is our 2nd csection and im dreading it, but just have to be ready for it.... atleast you have a chance. I was told throighout my entire pregnancy that i will be delivering vaginally until about a month ago and i too was so heart broken. I wish you the best mama. We are warriors!!!
@cheyenneb2016 I don't even know what status my cervix is at right now and it is frustrating, I didn't dilate at all with my first and had to be induced and even then my body was so slow to do anything, it just didn't want to cooperate and I'm worried the same thing will happen this time but instead of being induced my doctor is just going to do the csection 😥 He doesn't want me going past 41 weeks, it just makes things so difficult especially when you have a toddler
@ladyblauvelt.skysmomma it's so stressful! I was so excited and was sure I'd be able to do a vbac when I was 1cm at 36 weeks but I've had no other progress since then and I'm still really high and hard. It's so disappointing. 😥
@cheyenneb2016 that's the one my doctor delivers at and he's a good doctor. He delivered my son and performed the csection and he did a really good job and it healed nicely so I wanted to have him again. When I was pregnant with my son I lived closer to that hospital
