I’ve commented this a lot but let me pass this secret on to you!!! Pack a little bottle of olive oil in your hospital bag!!! No joke! First poop is like tar so put a little on his/her butt and it’ll be non sick and so much easier!!! Hope this helps! (Put it in a baggie Incase of a leak)
I’d recommend coconut oil as well. It can be used in the diaper area and all over for smooth skin. It was a natural lotion for us. Also antibacterial!
@leowifey, ig lol my family always took care of the first poop so if it’s good to keep just in case the nurse isn’t there
Wouldn't nurses normally take care of that? My experience is a little different, because LO had his first poop almost immediately after I delivered him. So it was someone else's mess to clean up!😅
Coconut oil works as well and is a natural anti bacterial to help prevent diaper rashes 😊 great tip though! Wish someone would have told me this with my first baby

Do you shower and dress before SO gets home? Put on a little makeup? Do you think it matters?
need suggestions....
So at work we have a drink thief. Any time we put a drink in the fridge it disappears. I swear I know who it is. So far he's taken drinks from everyone that works in the office, we even put a sign to not take anything you didn't pay for and wrote our names on the drinks. The person I think is taking them works out of the office so we never get to see who is drinking them.
Do any of you moms spank your little ones or put them in time out? . If so how old are they?
Who else had to put their baby on cereal? Little man has reflux and I have to put a little cereal in his bottles now.
Tried putting little man down 4 times so far tonight with screaming each time 😔 I hope this doesn't become a habit. He sleeps so well in the day, why is night so much worse?
My son peed and pooped in the warming table before they even got his diaper on lol. I have never had to change one luckily because I was always healing and hubby ot nurses did.
