I've finally found the perfect way to enjoy wine: in a fruity rosé cocktail! Discovered at a friend's party over Memorial Day weekend, it's super easy to create with just strawberries, fresh squeezed lemon juice, a bit of sugar, and rosé. For mine, I use Day Owl Rosé because its fresh, citrusy, light flavor blends perfectly with fresh fruit. It's like a smoothie, but for grownups. I topped mine off with a bit of seltzer to give it some extra bubbly goodness.
