My daughter will be starting Pre-K in the fall. Is a skip hop backpack to small for a child in Pre-K?
The Skip shop bags are adorable, but might be too small for some folders/projects that get sent home. I'd still get the Skip Hop bag to have for outings like the zoo, children's museum, park, etc. It is also a good size for your child to use as their carry on if you fly anywhere.
I think you need a bigger one because of the folders or notebooks. My daughter just finish pre-K and she was using a regular backpack. Hers was from pottery barn.
@sarah.s, I think I’m going to go with pottery barn instead. More expensive but it’s bigger!
I've read folders won't fit. My girl will be starting pre k as well and loves Skip Hop
I don’t think so. I think they’re just right. My son rarely came home with anything but arts projects and a couple worksheets. Also, the backpacks are adorable. 😄
At what age do toddlers start pre-K ? And is it necessary to send them to pre-K?
Pre k and God. Opinions needed.
DD is in pre k. They sing a lot of songs every day. DD was singing a song to me and DF that they sing before snack time. It talks about the lord. This pre k is affiliated with a Presbyterian church. When I signed DD up for pre k I asked if they would be doing anything of the sort in class and they said because they are an open church and the school is ran separately they would not be doing anything of the sort. I'm kind of annoyed that they told me they wouldn't...
What do you guys do for your kids teachers? Kids first year in Pre-K.
Did you send ur child to pre k? Or no?? Why or why not
@scruffy.nerf.herder, thank you! We already have two lol I was going to buy a new one for pre-K but since it’s to small I’m going with pottery barn!
