I had gd with my pregnancy and the drs were always scaring me about his weight. But he was 7lbs 7 oz. And no prob coming out. Except that damn head of his but he's got his daddy's head so I was doomed either way with that 😂😂. But he came out naturally with no probs due to weight

@sheenese17, awww he’s gonna be perfect by the time u go in next week he should be a solid 7 and change that’s perfect considering u having him some what early but 37 weeks is good

@sheenese17, no thankfully. Mine was controlled with diet I didn’t insulin or meds. I got induced at 37w2d because I ended up getting cholestasis. I had a ultrasound a week before my induction and they said she was weighing 6lbs1oz. They where way off and she was 7lbs15oz

@michaelsmommy17 yea they give us all this information nd I feel like it's the tone nd face expression they u when they give u the news. It's no emotion at all, so it scares u even more.

That’s awesome girl! I know I had GD and it sucked! But most importantly baby was healthy so I was blessed!!

@babymema30 absolutely. It's always good to stay on top of gd bc it can be bad if you don't. I just feel bad that sometimes they scare moms and we have enough going through our minds to begin with.

@michaelsmommy17, that’s good yea they tend to drag about babies weight when u have gd but in some cases it’s good to be concerned especially wen u are but so many weeks and baby is already reading big

@sheenese17, of course it’s def been a journey with this gd but u have been very supportive and fun to share stories with I’m also excited we will goin in same day for our lil men bk and bx might have to link up for a play date

@sheenese17, yea he’s good weight from 35 weeks to now he’s only gained 1lb 5oz so he’s pretty much baked n ready to party now...I eat regular nothing crazy

@sheenese17, I completely understand being nervous about that especially wen trying to do vaginal birth but he’s def gonna be a perfect lil bundle for you just put a lil faith in the drs and midwives they are not all bad n they gonna make sure y’all good

@babymema30 oh that's awesome weight boo. Yea bc after a while they said around that time they weight slows down. Do u eat a lot?

@babymema30 yea. I was so afraid that he was going to be to big for me to push out bc they were talking about babies getting big nd their shoulders getting stuck nd all that scary stuff hun. So I was just depressed thinking about it. But now that I know his weight has been stable it took a lot of weight off my shoulders. Next Wednesday will be here soon nd I was already freaking out about that, but to know he good and active, I'm 75% nervous about that day now. I was at 90% lol. I just hate the unknown.

@babymema30 his weight gain slowed down. A week ago he was 6.15lbs, so now hes 6.30lbs. Sense his intake of sugar slowed down a lot hes not gaining weight that fast anymore.

Yessss I’m glad u and bump are doing so good just a few more days boo what they weighed him in at now I kno before u was saying he was kinda big for the weeks u was at
